For the past few months I have opened my home, or should I say garden, to two very pregnant Piggies, eight babies and two youngsters. One of the mothers was so big and friendly that my 5 year old calls her 'Big Mama' and the name seems to have stuck, as has she. (now a permanent member of the Bolton family.)

URGENT APPEAL!!
The RSPCA in Bradford recently rescued three hundred guinea pigs from a private individual. Most of them are now in Cheam, Surrey and desperately need caring new owners.
Most of the pigs are healthy, but PLEASED BE WARNED it cannot be guaranteed that the sows are not pregnant. Many of those rescued have already had litters.
There are also boars, which have been neutered. Some of these have a few `war wounds` from previous fights.

Peter has already agreed to take five sows!!
